Description
Dementia Oxfordshire is a free service provided by the charity, Age UK Oxfordshire, in partnership with Dementia UK. We provide information, advice and support to people living with dementia and their carers from the point of diagnosis. We do not discharge until end of life or a move to a care home.
The service supports people to live well for as long as possible and in the community and works to ensure people have a sense of meaning and purpose in their lives.
