British Wheel of Yoga teacher and teach a hatha flow and vinyasa form of yoga inspired by somatic movement and Qi Gong. My classes are alignment based, breath led and focus on moving mindfully to cultivate attention and awareness.
Yoga, for me, is a tool for healing, transformation and cultivating awareness. It is a beautiful physical practice, but also it is a way of living our everyday life with more awareness, mindfulness, wisdom and kindness.
I encourage my students to observe sensations in their body (tension, restriction) and to bring awareness to breath, so they can use the breath as a guide to move and open the body.

The Yoga Room Witney, Balance Studios, Bridge Street Mills, Witney
Saturday at 10am hatha flow, suitable for all levels
Tuesday at 7pm vinyasa flow, stronger class exploring breath and movement
Everyone welcome. Children age 8 and above are welcome with their parent/carer.
