Hey there! We've got a Christmas crisis at the North Pole! Mervin Sneakybottom, the very mischievous elf, has swiped Santa's Nice List! Now we're in a tinsel tangle trying to figure out which children deserve presents. Can you help us sort this mess out?

Join us for an elf-tastic adventure where you'll complete fun festive tasks to prove you belong on the Nice List so Santa can deliver your presents on Christmas Day!

Join Santa and his Elves at the North Pole...
Step into a winter wonderland with Buddy Brighteyes! You'll meet a whole host of North Pole friends from waddling penguins to a cuddly mama polar bear. Just remember if you hear Buddy tell a joke, it's best to laugh if you want to be on the Nice List!

Visit the reindeer stables and mix up some magical reindeer food. Don't forget the recipe is top secret - we don't want you ending up on the naughty list for spilling the beans!

Visit Santa in his cosy living room, share your Christmas wishes, receive a special keepsake book and have your photo taken with the big man himself.

Next it is on to the workshop to choose a special toy (if you can convince Santa you've been extra good this year!) Earn extra brownie points by helping the elves decorate the tree.

Finally Mrs Claus' is tied up hunting high and low for the 'Nice List' and the Christmas cookie decorating is a bit behind, roll up your sleeves and get stuck in icing the biscuits! Remember, licking the spoon is a surefire way to end up on the naughty list - but we won't tell if you don't!

P.S. Keep an eye out for Mervin Sneakybottom! If you spot him trying to replace the star on the Christmas tree with a rubber chicken, you'll earn extra Nice List points for alerting the other elves!

We promise the 45-minute journey will be lots of fun, with festive singing, joy and laughter along the way - so please help make this Christmas the best one yet and join us at the North Pole, We simply cannot do it without you.

Your own photography can be taken everywhere except in Santa's cabin where professional photos only are allowed.

We will endeavour to have an alternative Christmas-baked treat for any children who suffer with allergies. Please email us at [email protected] with your booking reference number and allergy information.

Maximum number of children per booking is 7, if your group is larger than this, please book two separate slots. This is to ensure each child has plenty of time with Santa.
