A classic warming drink on the slopes

Bombardino

Ingredients

50ml Brandy

100ml Advocaat

Whipped cream

Ground Cinnamon

Method

Heat the Advocaat in a saucepan over a low heat until warm. Do not boil

Take the Advocaat off the heat and stir in the brandy.

Pour into a heat resistant glass (or a mug)

Top off with some whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon
