Warming and Indulgent
Brandy Alexander & More
The Brandy Alexander is a version of the classic but long forgotten Alexander cocktail. It mixes brandy instead of gin with creme de cacao and cream. Here we have a version using Baileys as well.

This uses the dry shake method – which omits the ice from the first shake

Shake vigorously without ice until well blended – about 20 – 30 seconds.
Add ice to shaker and shake for a further 20 seconds or so.
