Sweet and sour the Cosmopolitan mix of vodka, cranberry juice, triple sec and a citrus tang is a wonderful party drink. It takes your straight back to the 90’s

Serving this cocktail in a tall flute rather than a Champagne Coupe glass allows the sugar cube to sink to the bottom of the glass where it will push the wonderful bubbles upward.
Ingredients
50ml Vodka
25ml of Orange Liqueur (Triple Sec)
10ml Cranberry Juice
10ml Lime Juice
Strip of Orange zest
Method
Fill your cocktail shaker nearly to the top with ice.
Pour in vodka, orange liqueur, Cranberry and lime juice
Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker gets icy
Strain into a martini glass and garnish with the orange zest.
