Between The Sheets

Between the Sheets
based on the original Sidecar

The Between the Sheets cocktail is a variation on a classic Sidecar.  Featuring rum and Cognac together.

When made with gin, instead of rum and cognac, it’s called a “Maiden’s Prayer”.

Believed to be invented by Harry MacElhone at Harry’s New York Bar in Paris in the 1930s as an alternative to the sidecar.
